HyperBit is an ISP, MSSP and MSP. Three things, under one roof.
If you've ever spent a day playing switchboard between the line supplier, the firewall supplier and the IT supplier, you know why we exist. We give companies a single point of contact for connectivity, managed security and IT services. The point isn't to look big: it's to be useful, present and technically clear when things need to be done right.
How we work.
We don't turn every request into a marketing line. First we listen and understand the problem, then we propose a sensible solution and follow it over time: that's how we take worries off your plate, not just tickets.
Direct support
Short chains, by choice: when something goes wrong you talk straight away to someone who can fix it, without endless escalations. Faster answers exactly when the problem is real.
Plain language
The technical part matters, but it has to stay understandable: we explain what we do and why, in a language that doesn't need an interpreter.
